Spacious Rooms

I stayed in a standard room which was incredibly spacious with a large, comfortable bed, a fridge, and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The air conditioning worked perfectly to keep the room cool. I appreciated the larger suite layout and separate areas for my family, which made our stay more enjoyable.

Delicious Breakfast

The breakfast at Melasti Beach Resort was a good experience each morning. It featured a wide selection, including eggs cooked to order, fresh fruits, pastries, and local dishes. I particularly enjoyed the omelette station, where chefs cooked delicious omelets right in front of you, making it a perfect start to our day.

Great Pool Experience

The resort has three beautiful pools, including one with a swim-up bar. I loved lounging by the large pool, where I could relax with a drink. The atmosphere was vibrant yet not overwhelming, making it a perfect space for families to enjoy some leisure time. Fun Amenities for Kids

Melasti offered great amenities for children, including a playground area. My kids loved the fun children's swimming area in the pool, which allowed them to splash and play safely while I kept an eye on them. I had a decent stay here, enjoyed the fantastic location right by the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The rooms definitely need some updating; ours felt a bit dated but did the job. The staff were mostly friendly, but I did encounter a few who weren't as welcoming. The dining options were good, with affordable prices, but the breakfast wasn't quite up to par. Overall, this place is fine if you manage your expectations about modern amenities.

The Melasti Beach Resort is perfect for families and offers a great location right by the beach. Our experience was mostly enjoyable, with spacious rooms and friendly staff, but the pool chair situation was quite frustrating. Overall, I found it to be excellent value for money, especially with the buffet breakfast selection. Just a few improvements in room maintenance would make it even better.

The Melasti is a classic Balinese resort with a fantastic beachfront location, making it a great choice for families on a budget. While the rooms are generally clean and comfortable, they definitely show signs of wear and could use a serious refresh, especially in the bathrooms. The dining experience was average, and there are areas where improvement is needed, particularly with the maintenance of the facilities.

I had another fantastic stay at the resort with my family. The staff were always smiling and accommodating, and we had some lovely ocean views from our room. However, there was some construction going on that could be a little distracting. Overall, it offered great value for money, and I look forward to returning soon.
